Dear Friends,
Many new and exciting
developments have occur since I last posted a news letter. Allow me
to share some of them with you.
* Lois and I are
now devoting more time to our other passions: She is playing golf most
every day, and I am finishing a series of books on Mexican Numismatics,
which should be published next year.
* Our son, Pat
Stovall, has joined our business as our new representative of “Customer
Services”. He has taken over a big part of our workload, and will
be responsible for the Libertad Series, Pre-Columbian, State Commemoratives,
Onzas, and Modern Mexican coins. He will assist our clients in starting
and adding to their Mexican collections, but also felicitating in buying
collections. As we have been a direct distributor for the Banco de Mexico,
he will work directly with the bank in replenishing our inventories
of newly issued Libertad and commemorative coins.
* The price of
silver has sky-rocketed and so has the interest in the coins of Mexico.
Higher silver and gold prices are bringing out many wonderful and rarer
Mexican coins out of the closet. I am seeing quality old Mexican coins,
as well as rarer modern Mexican issue.
* The Banco de Mexico will be soon be releasing, for international distribution,
two set of two ounce silver coins commemorating the 200th Independence
Anniversary celebration and the Centennial of the Mexican Revolution.

* Our next coin
show we will be attending is the “Money Show of the Southwest”
in Houston, Texas. The show dates are December 2nd -4th. Here is the

If you have any
questions, please feel free to give us a call. We are interested in
filling the empty spaces of your collection or helping you to find the
best prices for your coins. No collection is too large or too small.
Best regards,
Don Bailey
